Ballot on the union's rule book
A fully postal ballot of all Unite the union members on the draft rule book approved by the Unite Executive Council will take place over the next few weeks. All current members of Unite, including retired members may participate in this ballot. The ballot period will commence on 13th June 2008. Ballot papers must be returned to The Independent Scrutineer to arrive no later than 31st July 2008. Unite members who have not received a ballot paper by 16th July 2008 should contact the enquiry service on 020 8889 9203. Members in the Republic of Ireland should call 01 837 4577. The ERS will be acting as Independent Scrutineer for this ballot.
